10 Little Ways to De-stress


1. Listen to some soothing music.

2. Light some candles or incense.

3. Watch an uplifting film with a blanket and a mug of hot chocolate.

4. Take a warm, relaxing bath.

5. Do some colouring in.

6. Lie in bed and count your breaths.

7. Light some fairy-lights, get cosy and read a book. (Or listen to an audio-book.)

8. Cuddle with a pet.

9. Paint your nails.

10. Try an anti-anxiety app. My favourites are Pacifica, Calm, and Relax MelodiesHD.

And if things are really bad, just remember: "this too shall pass".
